How They Work
Durable Equipment Tracking helps you keep track of the location of your valuable equipment
Acquire Equipment: The organization purchases equipment. The system captures basic information about the item including tracking order#, date, time, item number, quantity, and storage location as well as other optional fields such as serial number, lot number, and expiration date.
Label Equipment: The equipment is marked or labeled for easy and accurate identification.
Check-out: Customers/Employees take possession of the equipment. The system captures date/time, location removed, person, and other item information.
Check-in: Customer/Employees return equipment. The system captures date/time, location stored, person, and other item information.
Manage & Service Inventory: Report on usage by person and department as well as basic inventory management functions such as optimized inventory levels, preventive maintenance due, etc.
Return or Retire: Retire item. System records disposal of equipment.
