Since we often need to move equipment to the user or share expensive devices between rooms and departments, durable items needs to move. Maintaining control of this equipment presents a challenge. Durable Equipment Tracking application software that works with automatic identification technology and portable devices can make the tracking easier and more accurate.

When you can instantly know where your assets are located, who has (or had) them and when, and their overall condition, you can increase utilization of existing inventory. This saves costs attributed to lost or stolen items and allows an organization to recover cash locked up in expensive assets.
