Acquire - Implemenatation can now proceed with the purchase of the chosen system. At EBS we help by recommending the products that are compatible with each other and come with the correct accessories to fit your specific needs. Then we bring most items into our testing lab to verify that the correct items were shipped, return damaged goods, and complete any preinstallation work. If what you need is not available off-the-shelf, our programming services help you create something that will work perfectly for your situation.
Install - Complete on-site installation support is available. We use a proven system with a pre-install plan and check list to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. You are welcome to browse our installation and programming services for more information.
Train - EBS is certified in all our products. Therefore, we are qualified to train on them. Training is accomplished through a pre-defined process. Attendees are tested and results are provided to the project manager for review. Please see our training services for more information.
Evaluate - Is the system working as expected? Did it achieve the desired results? We follow-up to make sure. When it does not, we provide recommendations on how to get back on track.
